Terms of sale
Plain terms for buying from buyholster.com. Nothing here takes away a right you have under consumer law.
Who you are buying from
BuyHolster.com is the official website of Chicks Open Carry, a retail brand operated by Savvys. Savvys is the seller of record for all purchases made through BuyHolster.com, and is a veteran-owned business at 9765 Hwy 81 South, Iva, SC 29655, United States. What we sell
We sell holsters, drop-leg platforms, magazine pouches, duty belts and related duty gear, the great majority of it used. We do not sell firearms, ammunition, magazines, firearm parts, optics or any other regulated component.
Condition and descriptions
Used equipment is sold in the condition described in its listing, with photographs of the actual item. We describe wear honestly and photograph it rather than hiding it. If an item arrives materially different from its description, that is covered in Returns & refunds.
Prices and availability
Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each listing. Our catalogue is drawn from live stock, but the same items are also listed for sale on eBay, so in rare cases an item may sell elsewhere between your order and our dispatch. If that happens we will contact you promptly and refund you in full — we will not substitute something else without asking.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors. Where a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel for a full refund.
What you pay
The total shown on the checkout page — item price plus the $7.90 flat shipping charge — is the amount that will be taken. We do not add sales tax at checkout and we do not add any fee after you have paid.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe, our payment processor. Card details are entered on Stripe's own secure checkout and are never received by, stored on, or transmitted through this website. Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you reach the order confirmation page.
Shipping
Flat $7.90 per order within the United States, dispatched Mondays and Thursdays by USPS Ground Advantage. Full detail on the Shipping page, which forms part of these terms.
Returns
30 days from delivery, buyer pays return shipping. Full detail on the Returns & refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking that an item suits your intended use, and for complying with any law that applies to you regarding the carry or use of the equipment you buy. Nothing we sell is a firearm or a regulated component, but local rules on carry equipment vary and they are yours to know.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order, and the date it was last changed is shown at the foot of the page.
