Shipping

One flat rate in the US, a simple rate to the UK and Ireland, and a real dispatch schedule you can plan around.

What it costs

Shipping is a flat $7.90 on every order, regardless of how many items are in it or where in the United States it is going. The amount is added at checkout and shown to you before you pay — there is no separate handling charge and no charge added afterwards.

When your order goes out

We dispatch twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays. An order placed on a Tuesday goes out on the Thursday; an order placed on a Friday goes out on the Monday. If a dispatch day falls on a US federal holiday, that batch moves to the next business day.

Once the parcel is handed to USPS, Ground Advantage typically delivers within two to five business days depending on distance. That transit time is the carrier's, not ours, and we cannot guarantee it.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to the address you gave at checkout as soon as the label is created. If it has not arrived by the end of your dispatch day, check your spam folder first, then call or email us and we will resend it.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses, and to the United Kingdom and Ireland. Choose your country under “Ship to” on the item page or in your cart before you check out. Anywhere else, get in touch before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Returns

Import VAT, customs duties and any carrier handling fee are charged by the destination country on delivery and are paid by you, the buyer. They are not included in our price. The carrier or customs will ask you for them before handing the parcel over. A parcel refused because of these charges is not refunded.

Orders go out on the same Monday and Thursday schedule as US orders. International transit time is the postal services’, including customs, and we cannot guarantee it.

Address problems

We ship to the address entered at checkout exactly as entered. If you spot a mistake, telephone us straight away on 864‑548‑3939 — before the dispatch day we can simply change it. After a parcel has shipped, a redirect is the carrier's decision and may carry a fee.

If something arrives damaged

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and keep the packaging. We will sort it out — see Returns & refunds.
