All results below are based on this configuration.
Rail: Picatinny. Every light that mounts on it is in the list. No factory optic cut. If the rear sight sits in a dovetail, an optic can go on a dovetail plate, but it needs a holster cut for an optic. No chart we hold lists one for the Beretta M9A1 yet; ask us.
No brand lists a fit for that light and optic together. Try another combination, or ask the Fit Finder.

Listed fits come from each brand's own published fit charts and order guides; Chicks Open Carry cross-fits are guns we tested in our shop. Fobus is listed only where its chart names this pistol, quoted as printed (Fobus's Holster Compatibility Chart (rev. 2/20/2018); Fobus adds fits often, and fobusholster.com has the newest). Safariland and Fobus are their owners' trademarks; Chicks Open Carry is not affiliated with them. Not sure? Try the Fit Finder.
